Content Studio FAQ
After your project is approved on our end, you will receive an email from UGC SHOP with the next instructions. It’s pretty simple, you will have to ship your products and fill out a small form. After we receive your products, we will shoot your content and send it to you!
We are as quick as it can get! Your content will be delivered to you 5-7 business days after the package is received.
It depends on your specific needs. Are you looking to get some product shots to add to your product page? Go for the simple or complex product images. What’s the difference between these 2? Simple is well, simple. One colour background and that’s it. Complex product images require more preparation as they involve set props and creative efforts put behind the scenes to make the product really stand out.
